The Museum of Illusions is an engaging, multisensory experience like no other. MOI is filled with more than 60 exhibits, including immersive illusion rooms, which will challenge your brain, stimulate your senses, and ignite your curiosity about science. The museum welcomes guests of all ages and the photo-ops are a content creators dream!

Do you sell tickets at the door?

Ticket availability at the door is limited and not guaranteed. To guarantee entry, please purchase your tickets online. Ticket prices are the same whether they are purchased online or at the door.

Do young children need a ticket?

Tickets are not required for children who are ages 2 and younger. They can enter MOI for free!

Can I get a refund or reschedule my tickets?

We offer refunds and rescheduling for up to three days before your ticket date. Note that rescheduling is subject to availability, but we’ll do our best to accommodate you. My ticket time is for 30 minutes. Is this the length of my visit?

No, you’ll be with us for about 45 to 75 minutes. The reference to 30 minutes is your ticket time arrival window. Please arrive at MOI at any time within that arrival window. We stagger arrival times to optimize the guest experience and prevent crowding.

Is the Museum of Illusions Scottsdale handicap-accessible?

For the most part, yes. Wheelchair users can easily enter and enjoy most exhibits. We do have a few areas with slanted floors that are not suitable for all. We apologize, but the nature of those rooms requires that the floors be slanted. Guests who need to bypass those rooms can easily do so.

Can I bring a stroller?

We welcome children of all ages, including infants. If at all possible, we request that you leave your stroller in the coatroom due to space constraints, or that you bring along a small umbrella stroller.

Do you require face masks?

As per local guidance, we do not currently require face masks. MOI maintains strict sanitation procedures, and we stagger guest arrival times to keep capacity limits.

Are group events available at MOI?

Yes! We welcome groups of all sizes and discounts are available for groups of 15 people or more. We regularly host school groups, corporate events, and private facility rentals. Museum of Illusions Scottsdale offers a one-of-a-kind experience that groups of all types and age ranges will enjoy!
